Florida Medical Prep (FMP) was established in 2003 to merge traditional and innovative teaching techniques in the field of allied health. We are committed to delivering short-term training and continuing education courses without breaking the bank of the organizations we partner with.

In April 2013, Florida Medical Prep was acquired by Southern Technical Institute, LLC, which is a private corporation that operates under two entities: Southern Technical College and Southern Technical Institute. Southern Technical Institute, LLC is a fully-owned subsidiary of Southern Technical Holdings, LLC and STC Intermediate LLC. STC Intermediate LLC is wholly owned by Brent L. Mills, Inc., a privately held Delaware company that is owned and operated by Brent L. Mills and Todd Q. Swanson. Currently, Brent L. Mills, Inc. owns or operates eleven campuses across eight states in the United States of America, including Blue Cliff College (ACCSC), Blake Austin College (COE), and ATA College (ABHES).
