Your organization can offer blended training that combines online learning and your instructor covering the content. The FMP learning platform allows your organization to provide your own “live instructor” within the online course and record the session for any participant who misses the live version. We set a link so the course participants can view your instructor or course administrator “live.” The course participants are also sent a link letting them know the live session will begin.

Florida Medical Prep (FMP) does not directly offer or provide training to students and employees. FMP is a third-party training organization that provides training through our platform via employers and academic partners. As a result, we are not licensed or accredited. Our courses prepare students to take 3rd-party certification exams, which many employers recognize and acknowledge.

Our pricing is fair and obtainable, with package deals that allow you to choose between a set monthly price or a per-user fee. Our focus is on organizations that can enroll 12 or more students per month, making the training cost-effective. This is why we require a minimum commitment of 6 months to ensure that your organization can fully benefit from our training products. We offer monthly subscriptions to provide flexibility in growing your organization’s training program. Our training materials are always up-to-date and relevant, and we are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and find value in our products.

FMP doesn’t offer the hands-on portion. However, we encourage your organization to provide a hands-on skills session to ensure your participants are prepared. By supplementing online training with hands-on labs, your learners will be even better prepared to tackle the challenges they’ll face. You have total control in deciding whether your learners should attend hands-on skills labs at your facility combined with online training. FMP can assist with hands-on skills checklist and various resources to support your hands-on training.

The FMP online training site is mobile, tablet, and desktop-friendly. You can access and complete the courses from any device with an internet connection. If you are using a mobile phone, be sure to use it in “Landscape” viewing mode so that you can access the “Mark as Complete” and “Next” buttons at the bottom of the page. We highly recommend a desktop computer for the optimum education experience and to ensure ease of reading the course material.
